    • Tailored programming for each trimester

    • Referrals to women's health physio in your area or online

    • Support network for the transitional and new phase of life

BEGINNER - ADVANCED

Online Strength Coaching

Online coaching with the goal of improving strength.

Face to face Coaching

Best suited to those wanting to improve their technical execution, and pregnant and postpartum women.

Sydney Inner West location.

    • 60 min face to face session once per week

    • Online video feedback for other sessions

$99 per week - 12 week minimum term
